Standard Products:

Custom Products:

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Photo documentation required
  • Replacement or repair at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
